Third-party content

Some parts of the site are supplied by third parties whose accessibility we cannot fully control:

If a third-party component blocks you from using the site, please tell us and we’ll work with the vendor or find a substitute.

How to report a barrier or request an accommodation

Email contact@guavo.com with the subject “Accessibility.” Please tell us the page URL, the assistive technology or setup you were using, and what happened. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix the issue as soon as reasonably possible.

If you need information from the site in an alternative format (large print, plain text, or read to you over the phone), let us know and we’ll provide it.

Formal complaints

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the US Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division (ada.gov/file-a-complaint) or with your state’s attorney general.
